Another successful IDO year is coming to an end. I want to use this opportunity to share with you a update some of the initiatives and new projects we have worked on since our AGM in Tallin, Estonia back in June.

Great IDO event in Poland, excellently hosted by the organizer Piotr Patlaschinski
The 11. Danceweek in Mikolajki, Poland - run under the Honorable Patronage of the President of Poland, Mr. Bronislaw Komorowski - was truly a very successfull and excellent IDO event in the most beautiful entertainment venue, Hotel Golebiewsk**** in Mikolajki in Poland.

The International Dance Week 2011 in Riesa, Germany has been truly successfull with 3.500 dancers from 33 countries and 4 continents. It has been organized for the 15th time, A true and outstanding anniversary in the international history of dance!

This year’s most successfull country was Russia with 9 gold, 7 silver and 3 bronce medals - Congratulation to the Russian dancers and the ARDO. A great and outstanding job ! Please see the total table of results:

Is it possible to become an "IDO Professional Dance Instructor"?
I learned dancing for 9 years from famous instructors in Turkey and Europe. I have certificates from the Turkish Ministry of Education and other qualifications like a Bachelor degree and experience with a Grandprix Dance Organization organizing workshops, education, experiences exchanges and dance festivals. Please let me know what I have to do to become a Dance Instructor with your organization.
